Geraldine's House includes three accommodations hosted between the stunning Villa Giancarla and the adjacent dependance.
Villa Giancarla (lower part of the main Villa):
Perfect for 7/8 people. Living area on the ground floor, composed of entrance, living room, fireplace room, dining room, desk corner, kitchen, toilet. Sleeping area on the first floor consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with shower, bathtub, sinks, bidet, toilet. An outdoor space (private terrace with table and chairs, a piece of garden in front of the entrance). Private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa for one car.
La Maisonette en haut (apartment):
This stunning apartment is on the first floor of the dependance. Perfect for a couple or a family (max 4 persons). Living room with a large and comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, dining table with four chairs, fully equiped kitchen. At the same floor one closed double bedroom which leads to a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. A staircase from the living room leads up to a luminous attic loft space where there is a work area (desk and chair), a second double bed. The loft space leads to a stunning, panoramic terrace offering an exceptional view of the lake and perfect for taking the sun or a drink during sunset. Private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa for one car.
La Maisonette en bas (apartment):
Apartment completely renovated maintaining all its original characteristics with natural materials. Perfect for one couple or a family (max 4 persons). This ground floor apartment in the dependance is made up of a living room, double bed, dining table with four chairs. This living space also has a small kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and mini dishwasher! It offers views of the lake and garden of the villa thanks to two large luminous double windows. If needed there is a sofa bed in the room/cellar where two people more can sleep. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Being on the ground floor you will also have a little private garden area with its stone fountain, table and chairs where you can relax. Private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa for one car.
