Camping Monte Rosa is a small campsite near the old village of San Carlo in Valle Anzasca, one of the seven valleys of Val d’Ossola.
In the middle of this green valley you can eco camp, at 577 meters altitude, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The river Anza, that comes from the glacier of Monte Rosa (4634 meters), runs along the Campsite.
The Monte Rosa starts at the end of the valley. It is the highest mountain group of the Alps after the famous Mont Blanc and it forms the border between Italy and Switzerland.
