The B&B, a splendid Villa from the early 1900’s is located in the center of Sant’Agata, a hamlet just 2 km from Cannobio.
The indisputable strong point of the Villa is the panoramic position with terraces, that offers a spectacular 180-degree view of Lake Maggiore.
From Pino to Luino, to enjoy the Lombardy side of the lake, from Cannobio to Locarno to admire the Piedmontese shore.
The main view is towards the east and in fact, the morning remains the magical moment to enjoy a sunrise which, according to the whims of the clouds, leaves you breathless.
The B&B has a closed garage; offers 2 parking spaces and a closed space to store bicycles, including ebikes.
Here you find the possibility of charging ebikes, a small bench for DIY repairs and a compressor for inflating tires.
The distance between the Villa and the garage is approximately 100/200 meters, depending on the route chosen.
Guests will be offered an à la carte breakfast.
Children up to 4 years of age are accommodated free of charge in their parents' room.
