Rifugio Pietro Crosta, owned by the CAI in Gallarate, is located at Alpe Solcio di Varzo, to the limit of the Natural Park of Veglia and Alpe Devero .
It is located on the A ltavia of Divedro Valley and is a favorite destination for hiking and trekking in Val d'Ossola .
The refuge is also open in winter, accessible by snowshoe or ski mountaineering.
