Adventure Parks and Outdoor , these were the themes of the press tour organized from 14 to 16 September 2022 by the Local Tourist Agency Distretto Turistico dei Laghi in collaboration with the press office Mailander Srl of Turin to let journalists of Italian newspapers know the possibilities of active holidays suitable for the whole family to be able to experience in the area nestled between lakes and mountains.
During the first day, the journalists were able to get to know the realities of Adventure Park Le Pigne of Ameno and Lago d’Orta Zip Line at Omegna by experiencing the attractions firsthand and thus becoming fully in tune with the activities visited.
On the second day, the group moved to the Ossola Valleys, engaging in an e-bike tour and a bangee fly jump at the Domobianca 365 Adventure Park and in the afternoon a beautiful tour along the cycle-way from Santa Maria Maggiore to Re allowed them to know the Valley of the Painters in the company of the staff of La Piana di Vigezzo.
Even Lake Maggiore, in its active guise, welcomed journalists at the Wonderwood Adventure Park in Trarego Viggiona with a walk to the panoramic Big Bench and then a visit to the Mottarone Adventure Park at the Alpino di Stresa.
The gourmet breaks at the various restaurants as well as dinners and overnight stays at typical and quality accommodation facilities have also made known the typical dishes of the Territory, with unique and authentic flavors.
The Adventure Parks & Outdoor Summer press tour was an excellent opportunity to discover the territory of the Lakes Tourist District with new eyes and make it known under an active and family-friend perspective.
