On the occasion of the "World Skate Games", the World Hockey Championships held in Novara from 16 to 22 September, the Distretto Turistico dei Laghi provided organizational and informative support for the realization of a 3-day press trip, from 19 to 21 September, which saw a group of Italian journalists, the newspapers Io Donna del Corriere, QN, Vanity Fair, Travel News, La Cucina Italiana, Economy, Gazzetta dello Sport - Sezione Cammini explore some iconic places of the territory of the lakes and Novara. The initial stage of the tour was Arona and then continue on Lake Orta, touching Orta San Giulio, the island of San Giulio and Pettenasco where the journalists were welcomed by the President and Vice-President of DTL . The tour ended in Novara.
