Distretto Turistico dei Laghi participated at the Italy at Hand B2B workshop at Palazzo degli Affari in Florence from December 13 to 16. Italy at Hand, now in its 5th edition, is one of the most important national business events dedicated to promoting the Italian MICE sector on an international scale. It aims to promote the meetings, incentive, conference and events sector by fostering and creating new business opportunities with the goal of networking and giving visibility to destination Italy.
The event marked about 3200 appointments between international buyers and top national providers, including leading Italian destinations such as tourism promotion bodies, convention centers, hotels, agencies and PCOs.
During the event, the Distretto Turistico dei Laghi had the opportunity to meet important players in the MICE industry, discover the latest trends and innovations in the field of international events, thanks to meetings, working sessions and workshops. In detail, the event saw 3 mornings of networking between 63 of the best Italian mice suppliers and 80 high-profile international buyers and an agenda, which in the case of our ATL, counted more than 30 B2B appointments.
