Corte Merina is the name of our family’s small agricultural enterprise. For the last fifteen years we home-produced goat’s milk cheese, salami, pork and goat meat from our farm.
We are open all year with an easily accessible selling point where cheese and salami may be tasted and bought as season allows.
With our farmhouse, we joined agriculture and tourism by offering refreshment and an invitation to stay.
The Farm Holiday offers open-air tables and possibility to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our home cooking serves traditional local dishes with cheese, meat and sausage from the farm. Typical recipes are roasted, goat meat or pork with polenta (maize porridge).
Our Farm Holiday has rooms and camping for overnight stay. The camping has three pitches for tents 2 or 4 places, connection to electricity, warm shower, equipped area with tables and barbecue grill. Long excursions in the area are best planned between March and October, when our fresh cheeses are also produced.
