Canova is in Valdossola a few km from Domodossola, the Toce river, which takes its name from the famous waterfall, flows near the medieval village which is made up of a dozen stone houses, built between 1200 and 1800, all restored.
The accommodation is an old restored barn from the 1800s consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. The outdoor area is exclusively available to guests and you can also have breakfast under the pergola.
The hamlet of Canova is located in the lower part of the town of Oira in the municipality of Crevoladossola, inhabited by Italian and foreign artists. The rich area surrounding the village is made up of five valleys which allow mountain lovers the possibility of small and
large excursions. The innumerable paths that lead to the pastures can be covered on foot, running or by mountain bike.
The village is located near Monte Rosa, the Terme di Premia, the Toce waterfall, the Vigezzo valley, the Veglia Devero natural park, the Formazza valley, Lake Maggiore and the most important ski resorts in Ossola. The "Vigezzina" train that connects Domodossola to nearby Switzerland, the Domodossola railway station at 8 km and Malpensa airport at 50 min.
