In the heart of autumn the Alba White Truffle marries local products.
The dinner took place with great success on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 at the INIZIO Educational Restaurant of the Mellerio Rosmini Institute in Domodossola with a menu that smelled of the Ossola Valleys, as well as truffles.
The event had a strong educational value for the children of the institute, and promotional value for our whole territory and its food & wine excellences.
The project is conceived by Visit Piemonte with the International Alba White Truffle Fair, and promoted by Regione Piemonte.
