DESSERT - Bread cake

Recipe serves 4/6 people

Ingredients
300 g stale bread
1 lt milk
150 g raisins
1 cup amaretto or rum (optional)
3 eggs (beaten egg white, optional)
200 g sugar
Mix of spices La Saporita (optional)
lemon zest
cinnamon

Instructions
Remove the crust from the bread and soak it in milk and sugar (the density of the mixture depends on how stale the bread is). After that, whip it all up and reduce it to small pieces. Add the other ingredients and put everything in a baking tin. Bake in a static oven at 145° for 1 hour.
